These terms and conditions apply to the services available from Emma Noble Creates.
Changes may be made over time so it is important to check this page for updated terms.
Payments
Payment is due, at the latest, 14 days from invoice date. Emma reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 5% per month on overdue invoices. Alternative arrangements for payment may be made but please contact Emma prior to the start of the job if you want to make any such arrangements.
Payments for items to be delivered must be made in full prior to dispatch.
Should work be suspended at the request of, or delayed through any default of, the customer for a period of 30 days, Emma will be entitled to payment for work already carried out, materials specially ordered and other additional costs including storage.
All goods remain the property of Emma until payment has been received in full.
Deposits
For jobs over £250 Emma reserves the right to charge a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost prior to commencing work.
Quotations
Quotes for jobs are based on the current production costs. Quoted prices will be maintained for 30 days from date of quote, and are then subject to amendment to meet any rise or fall in cost.
Preliminary work
All work carried out at a customer’s request is chargeable, whether experimental or otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery is not included in the quote cost unless specifically mentioned.
Property
Customer’s property left with Emma will be treated with the utmost of care. However it is advisable to have adequate insurance of your own to cover any property left in Emma’s care in case of accidental damage or theft.
Permissions
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the relevant permission and instructions where required for any logos, images or other graphics supplied to Emma for use in design work. Emma has no liability for logos and images supplied in contravention of their copyright, or images which show identifiable individuals where permission has not been sought for their use.
Data
All personal data sent by customers will be stored in accordance with this website’s privacy policy.
Copyright
Artwork designed by Emma is, and will remain, her intellectual property. Customers will be free to use the designs created for all reasonable and relevant uses for marketing their business or personal use. Please contact Emma if you are unsure about artwork usage.
