Custom design; a unique brand for your business

Rebranding for Skin and Tonic

Promoting your business can be so difficult these days, but a really great way to help get yourself noticed is by creating a strong brand. Your business brand is the identity of your business, it’s the way that customers recognise your business across the many marketing platforms available. Having a cohesive look allow customers to recognise you straight away: from your logo; to your leaflets and business cards; to your website; and across your social media profiles.

Working with a professional designer might seem a bit daunting at first, but most designers are actually really approachable and friendly, and want to design something special for you that you love. We are creative and enjoy the challenge of coming up with new ideas and visual ways of representing what your business is all about.

Logo design Emma Noble

Skin&Tonic is a hair and beauty salon in Balmacara, near Kyle of Lochalsh, run by Jo. After 10 years of business, Jo decided that she would like to re-brand and have a new, fresh look for her successful salon. This was a chance to start from scratch and create an exciting new look to carry Jo into the next 10 years!

The Skin&Tonic salon is a lovely relaxing space, but Jo is also full of fun. I wanted to include both elements in the logo and design something that would represent Skin&Tonic; a professional salon with a slice of fun!

Jo also wanted to have a website designed for the salon which is becoming a business essential these days. More and more often customers are searching online to find information on local businesses and a website will act as a great foundation for your online prescence. You can check out Jo’s new website at www.skinandtoniclochalsh.co.uk.

The new Skin&Tonic logo appears on all the printed work created for Jo, as well as her new website. The design of the logo and colour scheme has informed all of the print work and is carried through to her website and social media profiles so that the Skin&Tonic brand is identifiable throughout.

Lynne managed to get the perfect shots to show the wonderful treatments available, and the relaxing but fun environment at Skin&Tonic.

Anisha has been working with Jo to find the right words to talk about her business; from leaflet wording, to website content and a social media voice for the business.
