Exhibition memories book
One of my favourite things to do after an exhibition is to read through my memories book. It’s really nice when people take the time to write a little about the show and the pieces they liked best.
This is a special book as the cover pages were screen printed by me and the book was then bound in coptic style by Skye based bookbinder Laura West. I love the detail in the coptic binding and Laura’s finishing is always so precise.
This book comes along to all of my solo print exhibitions and is a nice memento of the shows I have done. I’ve just been reading through the comments left at my exhibition in Gairloch Heritage Museum.
This time the book was also signed by the cutest nephew (maybe a little biased) who was visiting from NZ.
