A celebration of Scottish craft in the capital

Emma Noble at Handmade Edinburgh

I was delighted to take part in the very first Handmade Edinburgh this month, at The Hub on the Royal Mile, just a stone’s throw from Edinburgh Castle. The team at Handmade in Britain have been running a very successful show in Chelsea for the last 10 years but this is the first time the Handmade show has come to Scotland. There is such a wealth of talented craft makers in Scotland and it’s great to see a show of this standard becoming part of the craft calendar.

I was showing some pieces from my new Entangle collection along with framed silk screenprinted works. The new purple colourway was proving a very popular choice in Edinburgh.

Next up is the 10th anniversary Handmade in Britain show in Chelsea, London. I’ll have a larger range of ties, bows and scarves on display. Come and see me on stand 87.

You can keep an eye on which shows I have coming up over on the shows and exhibitions page, or join my mailing list for updates.
